Dave was beyond incredible with the entire process of our house finding journey. Initially, my wife and I we were just browsing and not 100% ready to pull the trigger on buying a home. Dave was still gracious and available for us to do some viewings. He never once pressured us into buying a home and was happy to show us any home we wanted to see. A few months later when we were ready, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We must have viewed 20-30 homes and he was still happy to show us more. He would give insight on things about each house that he noticed. Little tips or a heads up on the quality of the flooring, siding, crawl spaces, etc. It was a really nice touch! We ended up finding out perfect home and he was willing to do everything in his power to help with the closing process as well. There was an unfortunate event in my family during the closing process and he was even offering to go out of his way to help us in that time of need. I couldn't thank him enough for being there for our family and being such a wonderful person to deal with. He was genuine the entire time and it would be a missed opportunity if you did not call him for your home buying experience! Thanks again Dave!
